Once your mail order item(s) have been confirmed available, we can then provide you with the applicable postage & handling fee. You will then need to email or phone through:
• Your mailing address and contact number;
• Your credit card details including 3 digit
(or 4 digit for AMEX*) security code.
• If you do not have a credit card, confirmation that you have sent to us a money order made out to "Genki".
*payment by AMEX attracts a surcharge
When your payment has been received and processed, your order is despatched. (We aim to do this by the next business day.)
The Genki range of clothing & accessories are all made here in Australia and we produce very limited colour & style ranges - so we may not have exactly what you want in stock but we usually have lots of things to choose from at Genki and are always happy to help you find an alternative to make you smile!

All mail order is subject to availability of stock. We recommend that you provide a list of colour & style preferences for any Genki items in your order. (Please note, there may be a variation in colour to the mail order item you receive as colours may appear slightly different on our website due to computer picture resolution and individual monitor settings.)
For mailorder within Australia we use Australia Post’s express mail service and airmail or registered mail for overseas. You should consider insuring your mail order which is an additional cost (depending on value and weight of your order). We aim to send your mail order by the next business day after we have processed your payment. Please allow 3 working days for delivery within Australia and 10-14 working days for delivery outside of Australia.
* Delivery charges depends on weight & insurable value of goods and DO NOT include additional duties and other custom charges that international mail order customers may incur upon receipt. We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances such as a postal strike, extreme weather, acts of terrorism, peak Xmas postal volumes, etc.

We understand there is always a chance you may need to change a size or colour of a mail order item (or something may be not what you imagined it would be). We appreciate your mail order business and are happy to offer you an exchange on a mail order item so long as:
• The product is unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in the same condition as it was when it left Genki (with tags attached);
• You contact us via phone or email first to receive a return authorisation number within 7 days of delivery;
• Included with your return is the original receipt together with a brief note to explain why you are returning the item & what item/size you would like to exchange for (sale stock is non-exchangeable); and
• You pay for the additional postage & handling of sending your requested exchange item(s) or include a pre paid Australia Post Express satchel.
* Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged. Genki reserves the right to refuse a refund if the item is returned without proof of purchase or a return authorisation number or an assessment of the item clearly indicates it is not a manufacturing related fault. If the fault is manufacturing related and is unable to be fixed, we will be happy to give you a full refund on the item purchased or exchange to the same cost of the faulty item.
We collect personal information from you in order to process your mail orders and, from time to time, so we can let you know about special promotions, sales, new products available or to get your feedback on our website or services. You can notify Genki at any time if you no longer wish to receive such information. Genki does not share its information and, in keeping with our aim to protect our customers' privacy, all information collected by us is treated as confidential.
